Biographical Sketch

Dr. Davis is president and founder of Consulting Dynamics Inc., a firm engaged in organization development in such industries as manufacturing, sales, healthcare, telecommunication, and church. Her specializations include organization culture, change, conflict, and competency. In addition to The Chicago School, she periodically serves as adjunct faculty to Roosevelt University, DePaul University, and University of Phoenix. Dr. Davis holds a doctorate in human and organizational systems from The Fielding Graduate Institute, Santa Barbara, and master’s degrees in human development and organization development.

Q: Please describe your teaching philosophy.

A: It is a simple philosophy: we are learners together, co-opting the experience.

My classroom is one of exploration, discovery, and advancement. Significant emphasis is placed on trying out theory in applied settings.
